Adam Block As the principal and founder of Block & Associates, founded in 1987, Block has advised, developed and consulted on some of the most influential restaurants, hotels and projects in the world. His experience working with iconic chefs and restaurateurs such as Thomas Keller (French Laundry and Per Se), Charlie Trotter, Alice Waters (Chez Panisse) and Judy Rodgers and Gilbert Pilgrim at Zuni Cafe, helped inspire the vision for PRINT. Rick Kilmer joined Interface as the VP of Retail operations for the FLOR brand where he’s focused on the brand’s growth.  He has opened 21 retail stores in three years and developed the operating philosophies supporting the model.  Last year, Rick became president of FLOR as the business looks to double in size for the second time in six years.

Prior, Rick Kilmer was the business leader at Kallista, Kohler’s boutique plumbing and fixture brand where he developed and launched three significant designer product portfolios with Barbara Barry, Michael Smith, and Laura Kirar, and was responsible for bringing design-based product and service solutions to higher end residential, hospitality, corporate, and multi-family developments.

Patricia Donohue is the Sustainable Supply Chain Program Manager and a Senior Engineer at the New York State Pollution Prevention Institute (NYSP2I) at Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT).  Ms. Donohue provides technical environmental assistance to NYS industries to reduce their environmental footprint and save cost.

Eric Fleet is the Co-Founder and Men’s Creative Director of Threads 4 Thought, a sustainable fashion brand for men & women.  Starting as conscious tees with messages devoted to causes, the brand has now expanded to a whole line of ethically and sustainably made clothing for men and women. In addition to providing high quality products to help improve the planet, Threads 4 Thought is also committed to giving back. Eric and the entire staff at Threads 4 Thought, works closely with the International Rescue Committee (the IRC) to help refugees around the world.

Ariella Gastel is Vice President of Marketing and Business Development at Greyston Bakery.  She has over 20 years of experience in international marketing, business development and strategy in the food, beverage and supplement industries. Her expertise is in creating and implementing transformational growth initiatives for small and large organizations, all with a strong focus on natural, health and nutrition and sustainability. 

Karen Tumelty is the Community and Cultural Development Manager for Greyston Bakery where she refined and evolved Open Hiring, a keystone to the company's social policy, where she advocates for employee rights. Her career includes time at Tommy Boy Music, Riverkeeper, Human Rights First and Common Ground.  

Lisa Hendrickson is president of Spark City, a consultancy providing pricing strategy, financial and operational analysts and training to mission driven creative and design oriented businesses.  As the co-owner of HCC, an award winning custom cabinetry manufacturing company located in the South Bronx, she created an environmentally responsible manufacturing facility while distinguishing the company for its commitment to innovation and social responsibility.   In 2009, HCC was recognized as  the 43rd fastest growing inner city company in America and named to the prestigious ICIC 100 list.  Lisa Hendrickson was a 2015 featured speaker at the Inc 5000 and Inc Magazine GrowCo conference.
